I had a problem with the code in judge.me. I asked customer service and Hoang resolved my problem swiftly and efficiently. I was stressing about it for 1 day and he fixed the issue in less than 15 minutes. Thank Hoang

Seems to be very well featured, almost confusingly so. A lot of features (like even just a list of your reviews on a reviews page) that would be useful are behind their paywall.

The app is good but some things are a bit difficult to navigate, however the help chat is SO HELPFUL. I was speaking with Soufiane and he was helping me to import reviews from a previous third part app and I was having difficulty. He told me to do one thing and he did the rest. My day was made. Thank you so much!
