Judge.me Product Reviews App

Judgeme is easy to use, once the different widget definitions are understood. I think that the functionality is sound but the descriptions were not written with a new user in mind. I had to ask a fiverr gig worker to configure because they descriptions didn't make sense to me. Even the experienced gig worker had to reach out to support for assistance turning on some widgets.

The support is very good and they are helpful. Some things aren't intuitive, but they do help you

I'm still learning my way through the app. The online support is fantastic, and helped me worked out a few things that weren't intuitively obvious when just using the app.

Customer service is helpful when you can't figure things out. I find the app a bit confusing but they were really good and patient about walking me through the steps needed.

Ho appena installato l'applicazione, siccome non ho un tema convenzionale, ho chiesto aiuto al supporto per farmi dare una mano, sono stato aiutato da Ron molto gentile e disponibile ! mi ha installato il plugin in pochissimo tempo, soprattutto mi ha indicato le migliori best practice da usare. Non metto 5 stelle perché ho appena installato l'applicazione , per il momento tutto molto bene !

The app is decent. But some features need to be placed in a structured way in the app like templates and custom forms should be placed at the same place.
