Someone (Jess) was available right away for any questions I had setting up the app. My store is still new, so I hope the experience stays positive over time.

They clearly explained the difference between the new and legacy Review Widget, switched my widget back to the legacy version, and helped me display the reviews correctly on my WordPress site.
