CS helps right away when I set up the app. Would be great if they can allow sending the authorization to us who is actually administering the app.

The app is pretty good it does what it says it does. I was hoping to be able to collect store reviews immediately after the checkout success on the "thank_you" page. I don't see a way to do that. I can create a /page/reviews and they can leave a store review there. You can also create an email template and email.... But with so many emails for marketing I really wanted to collect the review immediately after they purchase while they are still on the site. It says it integrates with Omnisend which I setup... but not really sure what kind of integration is offered. Its a good app I think but it is a little complicated. If you install this plan on spending a day or more getting it set up.... Email DNS settings, Import reviews, group products (paid plan only), setup templates...... Its a lot to get done!

the app was having loading issue ,the issue was escalated with the support team and the issue was resolved on time .We would recomend this app to every one who is looking for an review for their stores the app is very usfull and helpfull in gaining customer trust for you brand.

Love the app! Very easy to use and looks great on the site! I do wish there were a few extra features in terms of presentation and styles but overall very happy!

Awesome experience! Easy to use, and great support :) Hakima from the support team helped us automate product groups for reviews based on our product tag, which was a massive help for our shop. We'd like to also automate the discount codes sent out so they're restricted to certain product collections, like Shopify's native discount codes are, but this doesn't currently seem to be possible. This would be great to have since we'd love to reward reviewers, but some of our products are too price-sensitive to have a discount be applied to them.
