Judge.me Product Reviews App

Na een gratis proefperiode heb ik ervoor gekozen om het Awesome Plan van Judge.me uit te proberen. Tot nu toe ben ik erg tevreden over de vele functies. Zo kun je automatische e-mails sturen naar klanten die een product hebben gekocht, met een verzoek om een beoordeling achter te laten. Je kunt zelfs een cadeaubon of korting als bedankje toevoegen, wat een leuke extra is. Daarnaast kun je ook herinneringsmails instellen en eenvoudig koppelen aan sociale media. Een andere handige functie is dat je namens klanten cadeaubonnen of kortingen kunt aanbieden aan hun vrienden via het referralsysteem. De ondersteuning is absoluut fantastisch: deskundig, meedenkend en ontzettend vriendelijk. Voor ons is dit tot nu toe een zeer nuttige app. Als het na de proefperiode blijft bevallen, verlengen we zeker naar een abonnement.

App doesn't work properly and instruction on how to remove your app is out date and support is minimal. I do not recommend this app. I have changed my 1 star to 4 star review. Thanks to Carlos Diez call he fix the remaining issues I had after uninstalling Judge.me app.

Ho appena iniziato ad usarla e ho avuto bisogno dell'assistenza ma sono stati veloci ed efficienti aiutandomi anche nel settaggio. Usandola più spesso diventerà sicuramente più facile per me perché ha tante opzioni. grazie. la consiglio.

I would say its a little bit unclear how to use it as first and could be more user friendly, however besides that I received amazing customer servixce and it was very helpful

Outstanding customer support! 5 Stars! Not the easiest review forms for customers to fill out! 3 Stars. You do have to add TXT and CNAME files to your hosting otherwise the review emails will go to SPAM folders! Do this right after you install the app!!

Have had some issues which were fixed quite quickly. altogether, happy with the app and the team.
