What a top notch service! I was stocked with a lot of things that needed fixing in my store, and I reached out to the team and the team member who attended to me was so professional and patient. He took his time and made sure that everything was sorted out for me and also he made sure I was happy with every single change he made before he saved them. I cannot recommend his service enough and I am more than happy with his service. I appreciate his professionalism and support. Thank you very much.

Switched to this app from a previous review app that was sub par at best, and after 1 month I am amazed at how much better this one is! Customer service is responsive and helpful, and the app has been running well except for a few hiccups, all of which were resolved with quick contact with customer service. I'm excited to see what this app does in the long run. Definitely glad we went with them!

I installed a few template apps/widgets from judge.me and the support team was very helpful. I'm not a pro with templates, and these things can be a tricky. They helped me correct a few things, and I was able to move from a tab to a review page.... thanks again for the help. Much appreciated! Gary
