We've been using this app for over a year now. We started out using the free plan and switched to the Awesome plan about 6-months ago. Using the app has enabled us to understand when customers are dissatisfied with their product and make contact with when we know this is unusual! Judge Me is very well priced, very customisable, easy to use and an absolute no brainer for any eCommerce platform.
