I love judge.Me! The customer service is always super quick, the team stays on the line until they get the job done and they do it really well. Today, Van sorted a few issues I was having with one of the widgets - thanks Van! The app is also top quality, lots of options for displaying and collecting reviews. Best review app I have come across. I have been using it now for about 4 years and I'm sticking with it. Excellent work Judge.Me team!

This was my first time contacting the support team, and I am very impressed. The agent stayed with me for a full hour, patiently helping to fix the issue and resetting the synchronisation when it got stuck. I truly appreciate the help and am now seriously considering upgrading my membership.

Ich bin rundum begeistert! Der gesamte Ablauf war schnell, unkompliziert und absolut professionell. Besonders positiv hervorheben möchte ich die Mitarbeiterin Kima – sie war unglaublich freundlich, kompetent und engagiert. Sie hat sich viel Zeit genommen, ist auf alle Fragen eingegangen und hat mein Anliegen mit echter Herzlichkeit betreut. So einen persönlichen Service erlebt man wirklich selten! Auch die Bewertung über die Judge.me App – eine kostenlose und sehr benutzerfreundliche Bewertungsapp – war super einfach und angenehm. Alles ist übersichtlich gestaltet und funktioniert reibungslos. Insgesamt eine durchweg positive Erfahrung. Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team und ganz besonders an Kima! Ich werde definitiv wiederkommen und kann es zu 100 % weiterempfehlen!

I've used Judge.Me across multiple stores for nearly a decade. Great service, an app that just works all the time, and they're constantly adding new features without nickle and diming their customers. In all these years, there has been no reason to look for an alternative.
