Great customer service! I worked with Yassine. I am a new store and wanted to have my first review show across all products. The AI bot was fast and to the point in its answers, and it was quick to transfer to a human. In my case, Yassine confirmed and assisted promptly. I am the kind of customer that is quick to cancel once the customer service is terrible, but also quick to appreciate great service. This first customer service experience was top notch.

The app is definitely good for collecting and displaying reviews and the support team is awesome!

The best app and best human assistant. They were incredibly patient and helped me from start to finish, even helped me to import reviews from my previous app and was very detailed orientated. Really happy I now have judge.me installed. The widgets are easy to customise and their instructions are clear and easy to follow. One of the best user-experience for any app/tech product!
