The app interface has improved, but some functions are still difficult to locate. A search feature would greatly assist users in finding what they need. Additionally, some widgets may not work properly at times, so it’s important to check them periodically. Furthermore, the design of the review section could be enhanced to appear more professional.

Besonders positiv hervorzuheben: Positiv: Umfangreiche Funktionen (Photo/Video Reviews, Google Shopping Sync, Shop App Integration) Sehr guter Support, der schnell und kompetent antwortet Flexible Review-Sammlung über E-Mails, Links und QR-Codes Kostenloser Plan mit allen wichtigen Features Deutsche Übersetzung verfügbar Verbesserungspotenzial: Das Beta Review Widget hatte Kompatibilitätsprobleme mit dem Horizon Theme (jQuery-Konflikte, Modal Constructor Error) Trotz mehrerer Troubleshooting-Schritte (CSS-Fix, Script-Reihenfolge anpassen, Cache leeren) funktionierte der "Write Review"-Button nicht Die alternative Lösung über Review-Links funktioniert einwandfrei, ist aber weniger benutzerfreundlich als ein direkter Button auf der Produktseite Fazit: Judge.me ist eine leistungsstarke Review-App mit exzellentem Support. Für Shops mit modernen Shopify 2.0 Themes wie Horizon sollte man jedoch mit möglichen Widget-Problemen rechnen. Die alternativen Review-Sammelmethoden (E-Mail-Requests, Share-Links) funktionieren zuverlässig und sind letztendlich sogar effektiver. Für den Preis (kostenlos) definitiv empfehlenswert, aber bei Theme-Kompatibilität gibt es noch Luft nach oben. Empfehlung: Ja, mit kleinen Einschränkungen bei der Widget-Funktionalität.

Uygulama çok güzel. Tek olumsuz yan yorum yazma penceresi bir kere açıldımı kapatılamıyor. yorum yazmayı deneyip vazgeçen müşterinin tek seçeneği siteden çıkmak.

Good basic reviews site. It's definitely not the most intuitive tool but customer support is amazing to help you make the most of it.

Very good App and easy setup. I wish there were more settings options for the texts. For Germany, it would be necessary to distinguish between formal and informal forms of address in the message texts. But overall I really recommend this App.

Ron has been an extreme help to me in applying widget reviews for my Shopify store.

It could just be me, but I have the hardest time finding the actual reviews. I'm not in the app everyday so I have to try and remember where the simple text link is at the bottom of the reviews panel on the main app page is to go to the dashboard. Please make the review dashboard link more prominent so I dont have to search for it. I also don't get emails saying I received a review. I get promotional emails, but not ones for actual received reviews. I have no idea how to change or fix that. The rest of the app is good and I enjoy that trust factor that it gives. It is also visually appealing.
