カスタマーサポートが迅速でよいです。商品追加時のProduct Groupへのレビュー追加をBackend Updateでやってくれました。これを自分でできるように新機能の要望も出しました。

Great experience and the AI help actually does help. Only thing I don't like is that too many features are gatekept behind higher-paid versions.

I found that there was not enough clear information about EXACTLY what I needed to do in my Etsy shop and my Shopify shop prior to attempting to sync the reviews. Due to this, I did end up wasting several hours trying to assign reviews to their proper listings on my first import. Customer service reached out to me after I expressed my frustration, and they were EXTREMELY kind and helpful. They took the time to explain everything that I needed to do (most of my problem was that the SKU numbers didn't match between my Etsy listings and my Shopify listings), and they walked me through every step of the process until I was successful. This did end up taking about a week and a half or so, as I think we are in very different time zones, so they would email me once per day (while I was asleep), and if I emailed back during the day, I wouldn't hear back until I was asleep again. But that's understandable, and I'm just very glad that they were able to help me get things working. The only reason I deducted a star is because I feel like there should be better explanation and instructions up front so that I wouldn't have found myself in the situation of having wasted several hours and then needing assistance.

Está todo engomado, con lo que el móvil no sufre. Los bornes, también engomados, sujetan el teléfono con tornillos que debes aflojar para ajustar a tu modelo concreto y luego apretar — prácticamente imposible sacarlo. El sistema de amortiguación de la parte trasera absorbe todos los impactos sin trasladarlos al terminal. Gran variedad de fijaciones para diferentes grosores de manillar (moto, patín, bici...) y múltiples ángulos de ajuste. Tornillo en el soporte intermedio que dificulta el robo rápido — sin llave allen no lo quitas en poco tiempo. No encuentro pegas. ¡Muy contento!

I downloaded the app and set it up. I needed assistance during setup, but support was available immediately. The operator, Lorenzo, understood and resolved the issue immediately, and was very kind. 4 stars because I haven't tested the app yet.

Overall, a positive experience. The tech folks resolved my issue, although it took a few days. Probably it would have been resolved faster if it hadn't been first picked up by the AI agent. Most of us will have already consulted with our own AI agents before asking you for help, so likely getting it over to a human will speed things up.

I had a great experience with the help, but knocked to 4 stars as I didn't get an option to speak with a rep in the first instance and the other thing would be, I was never warned by email or any correspondence that something like this could happen to my site and the question I still have in my head is will it happen again without my knowledge. The rep was nice, kind and polite and willing to help as much as possible.

App is good

The app is general quite straight forward to use, if you come across any issues you get a fast response and issue resolved!

There is a "product group" setup that I don't have access to but it shows different number of reviews than the product itself. I'm not sure what it's for, but when it shows a different number of products (my homepage shows 30 but product page shows 10) it's confusing. Other than that, the app works well.

i worked with Marina to fix my review issue. I reached out to them to find out why my review count had dropped form 143 to 64. and my review rating went from 4.8 to 4.7. Marina was able to get on and fix the issue in no time . Very happy with their service. the AI bot was not really helpful , i had to ask for a human to get my issue fixed.

Le paramétrage se passe bien. Ce n'est pas encore en ligne. On construit étape par étape la demande d'avis du template au paramètres. Une fois que l'on a suivi les étapes, on maîtrise vite l'outil. Par contre on a pas toujours le temps de tout faire dans la même journée. Il manque un bouton général ON/OFF plus rassurant qui permette de tout préparer avant que ce soit actif.
