I love that we have the option to group reviews for product updates and to manually review cause sometimes customers leak private information

I had been going crazy trying to resolve an issue for a few days, and finally gave in by reaching out to support. Lorenzo was able to locate the problem and resolve the issue within 5 minutes. Great customer support!

Absolutely love how easy this was to setup and get going. I have gotten triple the number of reviews for my products on my website since I started using the judge.me product reviews app. I am so grateful to have one less thing to worry about as a business. Thank You!!

We had some initial teething issues, which the Support team were very responsive in helping us sort out , but the app is working well now. This is the first review app we've used, so we have nothing to compare it with, but it ticks most of the boxes. The one additional piece of functionality which would be useful is the ability to manually change the review request send date for individual review requests.
