Look no further than Judge.me for your review app. Have been using it for 2-3 years and I am 100% satisfied with the app itself and the support I received any time I needed. Just today Lorenzo offered great support, understood the problem immediately and solved the issue in just a few minutes. I received similar service from other people in the support team in the past. 100% recommend.

Helpful customer support, very thorough and happy to walk you through how to's patiently. the app takes a bit of learning but it's not too difficult once you invest a little time to become familiar and you can always ask for help if unsure. They use AI chat bots but also follow up with a real person to see if everything is ok which is really great!

This app is easy to install and use and offers some good free options for those just starting out who need reviews to grow but don't have a huge budget. There has been continuous improvement since i installed it. Proactive emails to get me to check my install when i update my theme and most recently when I tried adding a widget, the support was super quick and extremely helpful. I am on the free plan and wanted to add a review carousel to my product page but didn't like the colour of the link. I asked a query about where I could change this as it wasn't picking up my theme, nor was it an option to adjust in the widget settings. I heard back from Judge.me almost immediately, offering to adjust this for me and and to send my preferred colour hex code. They adjusted it promptly and I'm really pleased with it. Thank you to Gabriela and Hamza for handling my query so promptly and providing me with what I needed.
