Just installed judge.me and needed help setting it up to suit my needs. Emailed their support and got easy to understand, simple advice to configure the way I wanted. I’m not very technically minded but with the instructions I was given it was easy to sort out. Am very pleased I chose this app to capture my customer feedback.

After a couple of hours the Judge.me team was able to get my situation fixed and operable. Abraão was my main contact that spearheaded the problem. After getting the code removed they re installed the Judge.me and ensured that it was operable again throughout the entire store. Bravo! Outstanding job!!

What can I say? The support is amazing. Marina was so patient with me to ensure she understood the issue; she never rushed me and made sure the issue was resolved. The issue wasn't even a problem with the Judge.me App but the setup wasn't completed. Great product and amazing customer service.
