The app is very easy to use and set up, and is working well with our website The customer service from this company is exceptional. A problem sorted out via email on a Saturday morning very fast. My email to them was answered very quickly. I have no hesitation in recommended this app.

The Judge.me support team was incredibly helpful. They understood my issues right away and guided me step by step until everything was perfectly set up. Their response was fast, friendly, and very professional. My store’s review integration went smoother than I expected. Highly recommended!

This app has many more features than I expected, which I am still exploring. Very happy so far. The customer service in the web chat is also excellent - very fast responses and able to answer all of my questions.
