I am just setting this app up. Ron assisted, it thought it was awesome that someone was online to help straight away. I would give him 5 star, however, this review says rate the app and as I am still setting it up i would have to say it is very confusing and a lot of work. I have had to follow several videos and i still haven't got things sorted.

This app works well. I'm pleased by the responsiveness of the customer service.

App is a little complicated getting started but the customer service is fast to reply and are very helpful. So far I am having a very good experience using this app.

Had trouble importing from a csv file due to an error message regarding date format, but Hoang soon sorted the import for me and all was fixed within 5 minutes. Thanks Hoang.

Update: I had given this app 5 reviews. Since then, I added a second site with more to come. However, there is ONE guy at the support group that has made this a nightmare for me. Everybody else is great. However, whenever I run into this guy, I spend hours and he never solved a single problem. As a result, I am lowering this to 4 reviews. ORIGINAL REVIEW: I tried 5 different Review apps. Judge.me is absolutely the best value - by far. It has excellent support (well, except for that 1 guy). It is the most native Review app for Shopify and it has all the bells and whistles you would find in other apps that are so much more expensive.

Première expérience. Le service client par chat est réactif et propose volontiers une aide en direct. Merci Hakima! Appréciable. A voir sur le long terme l'ergonomie de l'application.

El soporte es excelente, la app funciona bien y es bastante completa, aunque para exportar reseñas de Aliexpress debés instalar otra app de ellos y no podés elegir qué reseña querés exportar, te trae reseñas al azar y luego debés borrás las que no querés. Después la app cumple.
