The app should make it easier to enlarge it when necessary. I was straining my eyes to see the images posted.

I was getting frustrated with this app initially, then I discovered the live chat icon which seemed hidden away on the page. Initially it said "bot" then I typed in-human support & Cassiano answered. He was an amazing help and extremely patient. I have a full copy of the transcript addressing all the issues I have been having for the last week. I went from being minutes away from deleting the app to believing that it can be a great addition to my store. Many thanks to Cassiano!

基本的にとても使いやすく、サポートも丁寧に対応してくださるので、大変助かっています。 一つ難点があるとすると、投稿者の名前が、名→姓の順番から変えられないので、おかしな表示になってしまう、というところぐらいでしょうか。 ここに関しては、サポートにも連絡しましたが解決しませんでした。 タイミングによっては、ロボットではなく人間のスタッフがすぐさま対応してくださることもあります。

Na een gratis proefperiode heb ik ervoor gekozen om het Awesome Plan van Judge.me uit te proberen. Tot nu toe ben ik erg tevreden over de vele functies. Zo kun je automatische e-mails sturen naar klanten die een product hebben gekocht, met een verzoek om een beoordeling achter te laten. Je kunt zelfs een cadeaubon of korting als bedankje toevoegen, wat een leuke extra is. Daarnaast kun je ook herinneringsmails instellen en eenvoudig koppelen aan sociale media. Een andere handige functie is dat je namens klanten cadeaubonnen of kortingen kunt aanbieden aan hun vrienden via het referralsysteem. De ondersteuning is absoluut fantastisch: deskundig, meedenkend en ontzettend vriendelijk. Voor ons is dit tot nu toe een zeer nuttige app. Als het na de proefperiode blijft bevallen, verlengen we zeker naar een abonnement.

App doesn't work properly and instruction on how to remove your app is out date and support is minimal. I do not recommend this app. I have changed my 1 star to 4 star review. Thanks to Carlos Diez call he fix the remaining issues I had after uninstalling Judge.me app.
