Well, the support is good, and the review process is straightforward. The main thing I don't like is that customers get a request for review every time they purchase until they finally write a review. I'd prefer they only get one request for each different product.

So far, the app has been good. It's still early days since launching the website but I am impressed with the Support team. Their prompt responses has been great when needing assistance with something.

Je commence tout juste à utiliser cette app. Mise en place simple. Réactivité du service-client. Seul point négatif pour le moment (plutôt gros point négatif pour moi) : Judge.me n'est pas pris en charge par l'app Shopify de traduction et donc nous sommes obligés d'en télécharger une autre uniquement pour traduire Judge.me.

I had issues with the carousel in the home page. I had to contact support twice. They replied right away and they solved the issues. They also helped me with the layout set up.

So far so good. Was looking fro a replacement fro Shopify Reviews and is working fine. Contact support for a little hiccup we had, still waiting to see if the fix they did works. Still a bit early for me to give a higher rating.

The customer support at Pet's Club is only available via email, and it took about 3 hours for them to address a question I had. After that, I made a purchase for an automatic ball toy for my cat Lindsay, and it arrived in 15 days. I really liked the product and the service. Thank you, Pet's Club! I will definitely return for more purchases.
