Claudio's information on next step's to resolve my issues were very helpful. Although my page didn't look the same when navigating the steps given, I was able to figure it out from the information provided. (A second option was also provided from Claudio if the first did not work.) Thank you!

So far, I'm extremely pleased with the app. More so than anything, the support is fantastic! They were able to help me customize the app to fit my site and brand more appropriately. Excited to start using it more indepth.

The app is pretty good it does what it says it does. I was hoping to be able to collect store reviews immediately after the checkout success on the "thank_you" page. I don't see a way to do that. I can create a /page/reviews and they can leave a store review there. You can also create an email template and email.... But with so many emails for marketing I really wanted to collect the review immediately after they purchase while they are still on the site. It says it integrates with Omnisend which I setup... but not really sure what kind of integration is offered. Its a good app I think but it is a little complicated. If you install this plan on spending a day or more getting it set up.... Email DNS settings, Import reviews, group products (paid plan only), setup templates...... Its a lot to get done!

Customer service was fast and prompt and knew right away what my issue was and how to solve it. The whole interaction from messaging them to them fixing the issue was less than 10 minutes. Overall, great app and great customer service.

There will be a problem at 12 at night, after consulting on chat on 12.05 there was no problem. Great application, great service.

Une application extraordinaire avec un plan gratuit ce qui est très rare et un service client ULTRA réactif ! Je comprends mieux pourquoi il y a autant de votes positifs sur cette app !

Schneller und sehr hilfreicher support. Gerne wieder. Auch das kostenlose Abo bietet sehr viele Features und Möglichkeiten. Der kostenpflichtige Plan wird erst bei spezifischen Features notwendig.
