I cannot thank Yassine enough for his help today! I was so worried about an issue I had due to my own fault. He fixed up multiple problems on my website! , he was very helpful and efficient. I thought my store was ruined and he saved the day. Thank you again Yassine!
Une excellente application, mais ce qui fait vraiment la différence, c’est la qualité exceptionnelle du support client. J’ai rencontré un problème d’affichage des avis sur ma boutique Shopify. Faissal a été incroyablement réactif, professionnel, patient et à l’écoute. Il a pris le temps de comprendre mon besoin, d’accéder à ma boutique avec mon autorisation, puis de tout configurer correctement jusqu’à obtenir exactement le résultat que je souhaitais. Grâce à son aide, mes avis vérifiés avec photos sont désormais parfaitement intégrés à ma page d’accueil, avec une présentation beaucoup plus professionnelle et rassurante pour mes clients. Un immense merci à Faissal pour sa gentillesse, son professionnalisme, sa disponibilité et sa patience. C’est un support client exemplaire que l’on aimerait retrouver partout.
