The best so far

so far this app has been really easy to integrate into my shopify store

it was easy

A little confusing to use at first but fantastic customer service that was really helpful with answering my questions and helping me navigate it!

Subject: Urgent: Review Request Emails Hello Judge.me Reviews, I am reaching out to express my concern regarding the review request emails sent to my customers. It is imperative that no emails related to customer reviews or ratings be sent to my clients. If this issue continues and emails are sent again, I will have no choice but to uninstall your app and discontinue its use. This situation is causing significant problems for my business, and I kindly request that you ensure no emails are sent to any of my customers regarding reviews or ratings. Thank you for your immediate attention to this matter.

a little hard in new theme

I'm giving it a '4' right now, because I've yet to use it. Haha. I got some help today from their online Chat, and that guy gets a 5.

Good app and easy to manage, sometimes slow or a bit unresponsive, assistance is quick and helpful

Would Have been 3 stars, since its not my favorite design and the customization is very limited. I would like better customization options and a not so confusing layout for finding where to customize. For some reason I had review stars with my product that I couldn't customize or remove. Then I added stars I could customize, but then I had two star ratings. My only choice was to contact support. The support was fast and effective at fixing the problem and very friendly, just because of that 4 stars.

Easy setup, and messages can also be conveniently localized into the required languages. In the store, reviews can be arranged in various ways on the website using widgets, and elements can be customized to match the brand. Customer service is helpful and responds quickly. The template editor could have more options to better align emails with brand guidelines.

Haven't used the app long enough yet. However, customer service is fantastic. Very supportive and responsive. Amazing!! Disappointment for the app so far: I tried uploading a review with a photo (test purpose), but if the image size exceeds 10MB, the review posts without the picture. There's no error message or alert, so it seems like the photo was uploaded when it actually wasn't. It would be helpful if the system prevented the review from being submitted if the photo doesn't meet the size requirements.

I only say 4 right now because I experienced a few glitches that theyre woeking on - so it wasnt a flawless experience, but the app is great and the customer service rep was super nice and helpful. hopefully my issue is resolved successfully

Friendly to use. need Google & amazon reviews to be synced automatically. Customer support team (Ron) has been very helpful in guiding on features.
