I am using the Judge.me app on Shopify with the free plan, and I am very satisfied. The basic review management features are fully accessible even with the free plan, which has been a great help as I start my first business. The intuitive and user-friendly interface made it very easy to set up and use. The customer support is also excellent. They responded quickly and kindly, which was very helpful. As my site grows, I plan to upgrade to a paid plan to take advantage of even more features.

Exceptional Customer Service! Ron went above and beyond to assist me with importing my previous reviews from another app. It was 10:20 PM, and I was pleasantly surprised when a live customer support agent popped up, offering help. I run three e-commerce businesses and have many apps, but I’ve never experienced such outstanding service. Thank you, Ron—you saved me two hours of work!

Initially I struggled to get set up with my theme (it won't be the case for all), so I reached out for help using the chat function, all I can say is, 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️! Daniel was a huge help and sorted my problem faster than the Flash from the DC comics.
