I have not used the app yet so I cannot say too much, but your staff in helping me get it set up was very helpful. I am very thankful for your team who quickly got online to ask if I needed help.

Online help was fantastic, I just need to test the app to see if it works best for my stall. So far i'm very impressed.

Pretty good. Some aspects can be confusing, but overall I'm pleased with it. The premium plan for review incentives is a little expensive in my opinion. Customer service/support is very helpful.

Just onboarded today, had a couple of queries and had support from Soufiane from the team. Very helpful and clear. Overall the app is easy to use and hoping it will be a smooth journey.

Initial impression is good. Very helpful support for import set-up, but needed intervention to remove duplicate reviews that were imported. Import function shouldn't allow duplicates without a warning. Waiting for reply about displaying rating on collections. On product pages, its fine, but not showing on collections yet. Main reason for switch is to show reviews on google shopping, this is looking pretty good so far....

Customer Service is a bit hard to find as the only way is an email buried at the bottom of the help page but the real human help is on point.

I haven't been using the app long enough to make an evaluation, but so far it seems to function as advertised.

Just uploading via CSV now. Needed assistance on acceptable formats for date but otherwise working ok.
