This app has many more features than I expected, which I am still exploring. Very happy so far. The customer service in the web chat is also excellent - very fast responses and able to answer all of my questions.

Kind, responsive customer service. They understood what I was requesting and lead me step by step with screenshots. I appreciate that they were able to integrate with Shopify Flow and other app that I was already using. :)

The Judge.me folks are the most helpful and patient ever. Even their AI assistant is really good at troubleshooting, and real people monitor that conversation and jump in if they see anything slowing down. I mean the app is great, but the people are awesome.

Very good and extremely fast support! The app works flawlessly and the price-performance ratio is absolutely outstanding. I can highly recommend it to every store owner!
