I've been using Judge.me for about a year, and it is pretty good from a user-implementation standpoint, and how it displays on my Shopify store. I don't think I've used all the features, such as "sales attributed to Judge.me" but I'm just trying to first get some credibility to show for visitors to my store.

So far the free option seems to be working great. A little manual work getting reviews from etsy to shopify. Also, if the product is sold out and the listing is not active, you cannot assign that review, so I am seeing if I can just add it to the store. Overall, for free this has everything I need as a micro business to get reviews listed.

I had an issue with my floating review widget only showing 2 stars even though my store has mostly 5-star reviews. Jess was incredibly helpful from start to finish. She walked me through each step, checked my setup, and even took the time to access my store to fix the problem directly. She explained everything clearly and got the floating widget displaying perfectly again. Super friendly, patient, and knowledgeable — amazing support! Thank you, Jess!

I needed help after upgrading to 'Awesome' plan getting my reviews set up google. Hakima was super helpful & resolved my issue

Excellent plugin! We use it on multiple sites, and the support team is consistently fast and incredibly helpful.
