I love the fact the reviews attach directly to the products. Compared to a well know competitor where you have to pay an extortionate amount to upgrade to this functionality. It's also relatively easy to import reviews from other platforms such as Etsy. The only think I found frustrating is the AI generated response when you need help, but as soon as i said I wanted to speak to a human they appeared.

This Sakura scarf is so beautiful. The silk is smooth and the pink color is very pretty. I have a grey cat, and when I see this design, I feel like she is always with me. I wear it when I go out, and it makes me feel warm inside. Very good quality and fast shipping. Thank you so much.
