Their customer service is extremely polite and patient. I really like this atmosphere. Many issues are responded to within just one minute, and it feels great.

Set-up was very easy, and when I stumbled on something, support (Van) was available right away. She helped me get everything set up and answered all the extra questions I had. Loving it so far!
