Awesome experience! Easy to use, and great support :) Hakima from the support team helped us automate product groups for reviews based on our product tag, which was a massive help for our shop. We'd like to also automate the discount codes sent out so they're restricted to certain product collections, like Shopify's native discount codes are, but this doesn't currently seem to be possible. This would be great to have since we'd love to reward reviewers, but some of our products are too price-sensitive to have a discount be applied to them.

I found the help I needed and the agent answered all of my questions. And provided good assistance.

Overall the app is great and their support is top-notch! I wish there was some ability to configure the All Reviews widget since it's hard to get it to match my branding and configure the layout.
