It was a great experience. I contacted them hoping to stay on hold for a few days and boom! My problem for 2 days is solved in less than 15 minutes. Speed, attentive, understandable, and there a solution to everything that sums up the support contact of Edge.me. The app is very helpfull and fulfills my expectations.

The support is very good and professional. I had a question that I didn't know how to resolve and with the help of support the situation was resolved very quickly. I'm so grateful!

Really happy with the app and the support. It has taken a bit of work to set it up exactly how I want it but now its there it runs smoothly. I have chosen the paid plan as I needed some of the functionality like the product groups. But actually getting all the extras on the paid plan has made it really worth while. So far so good!!
