I've been using Judge.me for a while now, and it's easily one of the best apps on our store. But what truly sets them apart is the customer support. It is, without a doubt, the best I've ever experienced from a Shopify app. They are always on, always helpful, and unbelievably quick. I've had a couple of small tweaks I needed help with, and the team was on it immediately. A special thank you to Abder Rahman and Gabriela, who were both so patient, knowledgeable, and friendly. You can tell you're dealing with real people who genuinely want to help. Can't recommend them enough!

Ich kann diese Judge.me App nur empfehlen. Nach der Installation konnte ich sogar mit CSS-Formatierungen die Widgets meinen Vorstellungen entsprechend anpassen. Auch den Support kann ich nur empfehlen, denn mein Anfragen wurden kompetent beantwortet und mir zusätzlicher Support beim Auftreten von technischen Probleme angeboten.

i had some issues when importing my list, so i contacted the support, RON jumped out helping me to point out the problems from my side and also help customize the reviews section in my store. i am so happpppyyyyyy and glad got his supportive assistant!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (no wonder they are the only market leader in reviews app) thank you Ron!! wish u the bestttt

My site had some quirks that were preventing certain widgets from displaying correctly or at all. Shout-out to Felix for getting onto my issue within 24 hours of lodging the query. They sent me video updates of the work they completed and checked with me to ensure everything was working as expected. I see why this app has a 5-star rating. Keep up the great work, team!!
