Ich bin sehr zufrieden, auch mit dem support - sehr zuverlässig und unterstützend. Allerdings finde ich es nicht gut, dass Bewertungen von Kunden, die bei mir nicht online, sondern in meinem Geschäft lokal einkaufen, nicht als "verifiziert" gekennzeichnet werden.

Seems to be very well featured, almost confusingly so. A lot of features (like even just a list of your reviews on a reviews page) that would be useful are behind their paywall.

The app is good but some things are a bit difficult to navigate, however the help chat is SO HELPFUL. I was speaking with Soufiane and he was helping me to import reviews from a previous third part app and I was having difficulty. He told me to do one thing and he did the rest. My day was made. Thank you so much!
