C'est aussi très utile pour tous ceux qui veulent en savoir plus sur les produits avant de se lancer dans une commande ! L'installation a été rapide et l'assistance est très réactive et sympa

Support team was quick in troubleshooting installation and other advanced issues.

OK app - I dont like they want all kind of informations from customers, so customers can think its SPAM. But service is good, and they answear quick :)

perfekter Kundenservice. einen stern abzug, weil man den kundenseervice für dinge kontaktieren muss, die man eigentlich selbst machen können sollte. bspw. allgemeine farbänderungen. aber wie gesagt dank kundenservice schnell gelöst !

Online help was fantastic, I just need to test the app to see if it works best for my stall. So far i'm very impressed.

Just onboarded today, had a couple of queries and had support from Soufiane from the team. Very helpful and clear. Overall the app is easy to use and hoping it will be a smooth journey.

Initial impression is good. Very helpful support for import set-up, but needed intervention to remove duplicate reviews that were imported. Import function shouldn't allow duplicates without a warning. Waiting for reply about displaying rating on collections. On product pages, its fine, but not showing on collections yet. Main reason for switch is to show reviews on google shopping, this is looking pretty good so far....

Customer Service is a bit hard to find as the only way is an email buried at the bottom of the help page but the real human help is on point.
