Support and pricing is great. Can't say much more than this though, because I haven't really used it seriously, as we can't have different reviews on different pages. This is important for us, so we didn't leave the testing phase. But if we ignore that part, it looks like a great app for beginners and small businesses.

Nice app and excellent support but hard installation. It's a great that the app is free as well so you can try many shops with it.

I only gave 4 stars because it wasn't that easy for me to use. All the review's I saw made it seem like it was incredibly simple. But I struggled alot. Customer service is amazing and very helpful. I'll keep it for now and see how it works for me moving forward.

英語表記なのでとってもわかりにくい一方、管理画面上でチャットで問い合わせができ、すぐに対応してくれてとても親切なのですが、やはりそこも英語のやりとり。 全て日本語対応にしてほしい！チャットのフォローはとても早くて助かってます！

New to Judge.me but so far experiencing the functionality on the website GREAT. Mohammed assisted greatly and his service is fast and on point. The only downside is the Review Request Email format for Outlook emails is scrambled and not working, even though template setup and editing is great, the actual email delivered is far from it (work on other platforms) - Hope they can sort that one out soon. If they do, then it's a full on 5 star!

the app is not that simple but the customer service is great if you have any problem go ask them they reply fast and they solve every problem

Great setup for new Shopify store beginners and easy to navigate. Good customer service as well. Yup.
