Easy to use. Support staff are extremely helpful if you are new to all of this and require assistance. Can't recommend highly enough.

I would say its a little bit unclear how to use it as first and could be more user friendly, however besides that I received amazing customer servixce and it was very helpful

Easy to import reviews from my old site and the customizability in the free version is more than enough for me to get started. And customer support was quick to respond to my questions and help me get set up.

Judge Me has the best customer service. Their team is available via message anytime I need them and have jumped into our shopify store to make adjustments for me when needed. So helpful!

Outstanding customer support! 5 Stars! Not the easiest review forms for customers to fill out! 3 Stars. You do have to add TXT and CNAME files to your hosting otherwise the review emails will go to SPAM folders! Do this right after you install the app!!
