Great customer service. I was having an issue with duplicated reviews and the agent solved it quickly. Also, hands on for having a human customer agent!

The app is amazing and very easy to use, only one paid plan option, otherwise get all features. Support is also absolutely amazing, always respond very quick and resolve issues.

At first I ran into issues with the Hungarian translations. Some texts were grammatically incorrect and several elements could not be edited, which made it difficult to use the app for a Hungarian store. However, after contacting the developers, the support team was very helpful and managed to resolve the problem. They responded quickly and helped me get everything working properly. I appreciate the effort and the support I received.
