Your human support was good. Your AI support couldn't fix it. This was a complex issue apparently, but I should be able to more easily delete old fake reviews from the Shop App that appear inside Judge.me.

I think this has got to be some of the best support I have received from any app / service. I had an issue with the way users couldn't close the dialog once they had started the review process. A specific fix was implemented for me there and then, whilst the chat was going ahead. Superb. Thank you.

Easily the best reviews app! Gives you a ton of possibilities and also the support team is fantastic. I needed some help with a feature and Daniel was very helpful. Totally recommended!
