Great review app that is straightforward and intuitive. I had some issues getting reviews to show on Google, but support added a code snippet that got it fixed up straight away.

terrible, discount codes sent to customers do not work. Very unprofessional
We’re really sorry for the trouble you experienced with discount codes, we understand how frustrating that must have been. We’ve already reached out privately to investigate the issue in detail and confirmed that a small number of coupons were affected due to a rare email-format mismatch.
