Cuando consigues que te atiendan por zoom la atención es exquisita. Recomiendo mejorar la atención por chat.

We have had just one minor issue that was repaired quickly! Creating, managing and tracking our reviews have never been more seamless. I can ask any question in the chat and have it resolved in a matter of minutes. No waiting on hold or waiting in line for a quick question. We are happy with Judge.me as our review app!

I will say that they have awesome customer support and will work with you to help you achieve your goals. They were able to by pass the std setting to send review requests from the date of install forward and they did que up my previous sales prior to installing to send out to all my customers.

Great free option. Has many widgets and ways to show reviews. Excellent customer service. Gave it a 4 star, because I don't love the design / look & feel, but I do recommend it!

The app itself has some stuff that should be added (like filtering products by more than just name...) but the costumer support was the fastest I've ever gotten. I got an email response after literally 6 minutes, which is unheard of!

Great app slightly on the higher pricing, but good team and does the work. Reviews are necessary for any business and this app does it all.

I generally like this app but it does have some important limitations. For example, it will not count as a verified purchase if the recipient of the products writes the review, instead of the purchaser. What if you receive a gift from a friend or family member? You have to send them your review and they post it, which isn't problematic for most people, but for an 82 year old relative who is not computer proficient, this is an issue. And, it may lead to the recipient feeling like they have to give a more stellar review since they don't want to hurt the gift giver's feelings. Judge.me should develop some way of letting recipients of orders place the review, not just purchasers.

Nice app, very good customer chat, happy to work with them. Only thing is that you can't anti dating your reviews.

Ho utilizzato quest'app per importare le recensioni nel mio negozio shopify, nel complesso tutto okay, con l'assistenza sono riuscita a fare tutto anche se ho perso un po' di tempo, ma dalla prossima volt sarà più semplice.

I can be app challenged, but found Judge.Me to be relatively easy to use. I was able to set it up myself. I have had a couple questions, but found their support people to be extremely helpful. I think their monthly charge to upgrade is also reasonable, especially for a new company. I would definitely recommend this app to others.
