Ho utilizzato quest'app per importare le recensioni nel mio negozio shopify, nel complesso tutto okay, con l'assistenza sono riuscita a fare tutto anche se ho perso un po' di tempo, ma dalla prossima volt sarà più semplice.

I can be app challenged, but found Judge.Me to be relatively easy to use. I was able to set it up myself. I have had a couple questions, but found their support people to be extremely helpful. I think their monthly charge to upgrade is also reasonable, especially for a new company. I would definitely recommend this app to others.

I haven't actually used it yet, but I had an issue with verification and contacted support. Support responded immediately AND solved my issue in seconds! So things are looking good so far.

The app was easy to set up and so far flows well with Shopify platform. Customer service was excellent helping me with my specific questions and resolved them very well. My only suggestion would be to gather some data about customers choosing the star rating and mixing up 1 and 5. We have had some customers communicate that they mixed up the rating because they found the layout of the stars to be confusing. I know this is a choice of the business owner but I frankly wasn’t sure which to choose because they were both not great. Would like to suggest that you present the choices like this: 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 4 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 3 ⭐️⭐️⭐️ 2 ⭐️⭐️ 1 ⭐️ Much easier visual. Says the customer can go back to email and fix it but they weren’t able to so it’s highly disappointing when the written comment is highly complimentary but the star rating is off. I understand that you can’t control someone pressing buttons but your star ratings and visuals/graphic choices are not clear. They look like a number line not a rating scale. Other than that issue, I am highly satisfied.

Great app, fantastic support with instant responses which is very rare, and great price. Here is why I remove one star though, and went back to Loox 1) I don't like the judge me menu, it's not intuitive, and sometimes frustrating to have to contact support when you can't find a setting. 2) I don't like that you can't delete reviews. If I import reviews, and mess something up, I want to be able to delete these reviews permanently. I want my dashboard to be clean, and don't want these archived reviews to show or have to use any filters. There is no way to bulk delete reviews once added. 3) annoying cache issues. I want to see my changes instantly and not have to wait a few minutes for the change to take effect 4) There is no carousel feature like on Loox, where you can choose to show only photo reviews. There is no way to show only photo reviews with judge me other than having to use some css tricks, which I don't like. 5) the google integration with minimal explanation on how to do it, unlike Loox which is automated. But loox charges 34.99 a month for this feature so I get it, we can't have everything. Overall it's a great review app and I would have stayed if there was a feature to show a "only photo" review carousel, but for now im back to loox.
