I had a few questions about my order, and the support team was incredibly responsive and helpful. Jess guided me through the process, provided timely updates, and even followed up after I received my work to make sure I was satisfied. It’s rare to find such a caring and attentive team!

Haven't tried the app yet, but have recieved really good support from Han. I'm fascinated about how fast and how well the job got done.

I only started with this app today on our shopify site and it is absolutely brilliant. Quickly upgraded to the paid plan as I soon realised I wanted the All Review page on my site albeit the free version has plenty of great features. I had a slight glitch getting the all reviews page to show correctly and eventually thought I would try the chat feature in the app. 20.00 at night thought I would be lucky to get any help there.. but no, Casianno came straight back to me and within 10 minutes had sorted the problem for me. Fantastic product and amazing customer service!

Good interface Best support team I had an issue and contacted Nouhaila. She was very polite and gave me solution within mments. Happy with this app :)
