Easy to install, a little bit more complicated to set up but support is there to assist you and many thanks for that. Customization is a bit limited, but I suppose this will increase once you upgrade to the paying edition.

I love free features but decided to upgrade so that I could further customise the colours to fit my store. I was unable to change one of the colours myself however the online support resolved this within minutes - so impressed with their service! I would love a little more options in layout customisation but that's likely me just being picky.

Unfortunately we had problems with our theme updates, because we have to manage the judgeme integration always again. We have to double-check everything. It costs us a lot of time., but the support is friendly and works on the problems. Besides they always want to find a solution. Therefore we hope our future updates will work better. Also, we hope in the future the customers could review all products directly in the mail, because it would be much smarter for them :)

Some widgets are added automatically, and are not always correctly displayed (duplicate widegts, wrong information). The support however is extremly fast and helpfull, which makes this not as a big of an issue.

This app is wonderful once set up but I think settings should be a bit easier to navigate as I'm often taking forever to find simple things. Apart from that it is a great app, amazing customer service as well. Overall very pleased

Works well, does the job it is suppose to. Could be nicer design features, but I use the free one. Great and very fast support.

The customer service is great! CSAs were very helpful in getting me started. The scrolling carousel is just what I was looking for! They even offered me a free 15-day trial so I can check out the features in the paid plan!!

Overall, I like this app. Twice it was failing to synchronize reviews with the product groups so I've had to enlist the help of support. Each time they have resolved the issue quickly.

No se entiende del todo pero tiene muchas funciones. Tuve un problema sobre el color de las reseñas y contacté con el servicio de ayuda (tardaron unos 5 minutos en contestarme, muy poco) y me lo cambiaron ellos en un momento. Servicio de ayuda bastante bien.

I am not technical at all however the customer service is great! They helped me with my issue and fixed it straight away. Would definitely recommend.

Most of the best features are on the paid plan, but since my store is brand new I am opting for the free plan at this moment. I think if you pony up for the paid plan, the features look pretty great.

Takes some patience to get the app to operate with good success, but I have now synced it with other apps to get better results. So far so good.
