EZ PZ! Had some minor issues trying to install some widgets as part of the app for my Shopify Store. Daniel provided my support, and made quick work of things. Super satisfied with the quick response and solution, and relieved to be up and running, using Judge.me Reviews in my shop.
Daniel was incredibly helpful! I was having trouble receiving the Postmark verification email to set up my custom sender email address. Daniel was polite, patient, and highly attentive throughout the entire process — he walked me through every step and made sure everything was resolved. Excellent support experience! Van was incredibly helpful and patient throughout the troubleshooting process. I had an issue where my review photos weren't displaying on my Shopify product page. After investigating, Van found that the review widget code needed to be updated, made the changes, and everything started working perfectly.
