Been using this app for quite some time now and was very happy with the service. However, recently they made a change to the application where only the initials of the reviewer are shown for unverified reviews. This is a challenge for us as we collect genuine reviews through whatsapp, but they are considered unverified by Judge.me. Hence only the initials are shown, and this brings down the credibility of the product page.

ABAKA COMPANY (ABAKA + CO) UPDATE - 04/07/2022 The app doesn't allow you to upload your company logo if you are in the free plan. You have to upgrade to the Awesome Plan. I wish I would have known this before installing the app. It defeats the whole purpose when you can't even put our own logo. The email template has some generic photo of a letter "J" which looks awful when I sent an email to myself to test it. I just recently opened my store and still trying to figure out everything. I had a little problem with the review placement and Lam was there asking me if he can do anything for me. Customer service is great, very quick to respond. Very happy with this app so far and it's definitely a must have if you have an online store.

The free version is very limited. Colours in email template cannot be changed so you quickly understand you have to go to pro plan. Also, the images in the emails don't show up correctly on Outlook making the email all messed up (the images are way too big). Altough the customer support is amazing, I wouldn't recommend this app.
Hi, Founder and CEO of Judge.me here. We fix images on Outlook to extent possible, with custom rendering where possible. Unfortunately the Outlook issue can not be solved 100% by anyone i.e. any review app. If a very large percentage of your users are using Outlook, we recommend sticking to the text based email templates. I use Judge.me to collect and manage customer reviews and display them on my site. It's very easy to use, and does the job well even on the free plan!

UPDATE: Unfortunately, we had to decide not to use Judge.me. Reasons: They don't support POS purchases and it is quite difficult to send manual review requests. Both features are crucial for us. According to the support, there is no intention to implement those in the somehow near future. ######## Great product. Tolle App, sehr gut konfigurierbar, sogar mehr Möglichkeiten, als es auf den ersten Blick. Gut auf deutsche Verhältnisse anpassbar. Und nicht zuletzt ein unglaublich guter und blitzschneller Support. Hut ab! Wir werden Judge.me auch bei unserem nächsten Projekt, das im Fertigwerden ist, einsetzen.

it is helpful for judge.me badge to be in our header for both you and me. I specified exactly how I wanted this be and provided a screenshot ... but still painstakingly had to guide the process step-by-step ... and even then the badge was not tested by your developer to be clickable ??

UPDATE: Recently I've been having major issues with Judge.me. (1) The review links broke in the emails so customers couldn't leave reviews. (2) When #1 was fixed, the app broke my site so that images wouldn't load. I found this out from customers and it was a terrible look. (3) Recently, canned emails are being sent with the WRONG NAMES at the top. Their chats are fast but I'm really tired of sitting around 1h a week asking them to fix issues that should never happen in the first place. --From before: I'm extremely pleased with this program and my subscription. Great functionality, immediate support. I also love how they have a reviews carousel for the homepage.

You can't convert the files to yopto, the file layout doesn't align. Lots of lookups and manual changes to get it to fit. Judgeme product names don't match with Yopto, which is the big thing. Just watch out when you have a lot of reviews, you will lose your reviews unless you change the names yourself.

Lots of glitches with little help. We've been using Judge.me for a while and things seem to have deteriorated drastically. With more features being introduced, the team seems unable to keep up with the support needed. We had an issue with review synchronisation, and the support team advised to wait for 1 hour. When things didn't work after 1 hour, they suggested to wait for 5-7 days.

Installed this app because Kristi from Encircled recommended it in her podcast. As a first time user, the UI is a bit confusing to go through. I didn't even know what all the tabs and options for the first bit. Once I sort of understand what's going on, I realize so much of the features are not available for free users. I understand that there's usually a gap between free and premium plans but there's a few essential features I feel shouldn't be behind a pay wall, like the ability to customize the email to send out to past customer. I guess I'll play around for a few weeks and see if I grow to like it.

I installed the app due to no performance, I did not get any results; not one single review from 120 emails that was sent out. I did like the app but, cannot justify paying for an app that did not perform. I want to point out that I was on chat with "Ceasar" and find the customer service 5 stars.

Unfortunately, the app does leave its code on the site after uninstall, But the support team responded very quickly and they've removed it within minutes.

App doesn't support Review Widget Automatic Placement inside the Tab section. I am using Shoptimed theme and if I make any changes to the theme, Review widget gets duplicated or pop-up out of the tab section. The team has to disable automatic Review Widget placement and if I make any changes to the theme, I have to request the support team for manually placing the widget inside the tab section.

The app works fine with displaying and collecting reviews. It however, is not have full customization as advertised. There is an email in there that gets sent, and you have no control over it. If you edit a product review, it sends the customer a link to approve or deny the review, which in my opinions can lead to unnecessary conflict as a customer doesn't always understand why something would get pulled out of a review.. and they get upset. If the customer clicks the link in the email and doesn't approve your edits, the review gets published as is, live. The review could contain their personal information, or swear words, or things that are NOT product related, or something else completely random that doesn't belong... so then your only option is to just archive the review so it goes away. Totally unnecessary situation. And you can't turn this email notification off. It will exist and email your customer without your approval. I can already choose not to publish a bad review if I wanted, which is not the reason I don't want this email sent. I don't want it sent because it leads to customer confusion and possible anger because they might assume you are trying to manipulate their review. I would change this to 5 stars if I had that option to disable that email... because everything else with the app is awesome.
