Judge.me Product Reviews App

Great customer service getting set up, store is not live yet, so will have to see what it's like collecting reviews. Will leave another review later.

This app help me import reviews from my amzon store,And only this app can both upload vidieos and write Q&A. But some times it is slow by unstable Internet in my coutires.

So far so good! had a little placement issue with the total reviews bar and stars overlapped. sorted within seconds on chat!

Customer service is excellent and was able to fix the issue quickly. However, the issue was that their app was not showing up in our shopify store under the products, and they had to do a whole different application to get it to work in a different location on the product page. So while they fixed it, the app should have worked as it was supposed to and not have to be installed in a different location. Also, customers are having issues with the review requests giving them an error and acting like the review isn't submitting, but we are actually getting the review fine on our end. Overall it's working great and allowing us to collect a TON of reviews easily!

I believe the app offers many options to be used. I am currently on the free plan and started using it. So far I found it more difficult to install the app and load reviews via CSV files than on other review apps. Maybe there is a bit of an overkill of features and forms to be filled out. Perhaps I still have to get to know it better. The customer service is very helpful!

Kind and prompt customer support is very, very nice. If I could communicate with my mother language, it would be much better.

App lacks some customisable features, but overall very good and the customer support is second to none

Very good service! Though the app itself is overly complicated for what we need. Just gathering reviews via the website. Should be a plan that doesn't have the review request emails.

I had some issues when setting things up, but customer service is impeccable and responds to queries in a very timely manner. They've been a great help so far! I would definitely recommend judge.me!

Support is very friendly and helpful, but the app could be easier but if you get it once, I think you get it

Product reviews so far seem great. Had an incident where an archived review got stuck; but support was swift and the technician, Ben, was very quick with noticing an issue and clearing it within the backend. Not entirely sure what is the cause of that and maybe something for dev to look into; but overall, the App seems to be working as intended so far and the orphan review is no longer appearing on my page. Thank you Ben!

Cuando consigues que te atiendan por zoom la atención es exquisita. Recomiendo mejorar la atención por chat.

We have had just one minor issue that was repaired quickly! Creating, managing and tracking our reviews have never been more seamless. I can ask any question in the chat and have it resolved in a matter of minutes. No waiting on hold or waiting in line for a quick question. We are happy with Judge.me as our review app!

I will say that they have awesome customer support and will work with you to help you achieve your goals. They were able to by pass the std setting to send review requests from the date of install forward and they did que up my previous sales prior to installing to send out to all my customers.

Great free option. Has many widgets and ways to show reviews. Excellent customer service. Gave it a 4 star, because I don't love the design / look & feel, but I do recommend it!
