I’ve been using Judge.me for a few days now on my Shopify store, and honestly, it’s been great. Setup was super easy — I didn’t need to mess with any code. The best part is how good the support team is. Anytime I get stuck or want to tweak the way reviews look on my site, someone from their support jumps in within minutes (literally). They’ve helped me customize the layout to match my theme perfectly. I also love that customers can upload photos and videos with their reviews. It makes the feedback feel way more genuine, and I’ve noticed a bump in my conversion rate since adding those. Overall, for the price (even the free plan), Judge.me is a solid app reliable, simple, and backed by amazing support. The add-on is a great way to collect and show customer satisfaction on your Shopify site. Judge.me's customer service is quick and amazing, even with the free plan. This is a no brainer!
