My experience of Judge.me is very new and short, but so far so good. I have experienced Quick and friendly and helpful Customer Service from Gabriela, Andrew, and Abderrahman. I like the look of the difference customisations I can make to the app to have it fit my store.

Reviews work as intended and support is seamless. I had an issue where a customer reviewed the wrong product and they allowed me to move the review to the right product without issue. Just something to note is that if you're a store that sells multiple products of the same kind but as different versions, such as apparel where you have the same tee blank but with different designs, the reviews will only show up on the page of that one design instead of all the product pages. If you want to set things up to have the reviews show up on other pages, you'll have to create product groups which are only accessible through the awesome plan.
