Judge.me Product Reviews App

What a wonderful app and tool to customise product feedback, grab comment from automated system. Thank Gena, who's helps me to familiar with the app. I recommend it

Good app however a bit confusing to know how to move on after previewing the website. I needed to delete a few reviews as they were duplicated.

In general, the app was easy to set up and use, the templates were good and when I reached out to their Customer Service team they were responsive and very helpful. We ended up switching away from this app to enable us to collect images in the way we wanted, but we are a bit of a unique case. I would say this product would work very well for most stores!

We are using the free version and so far our customers are not responding with reviews to the standard emails being sent out. We customized the "from" address so they might consider it, hopefully, with a bit more brand consistency. I read in Joshua Uebergang's Digital Darts article that you were looking into Google Reviews integration. Has that been done or is it still in the works?

I really love this app so much but I definitely wish I could customize the colours of the emails without paying 15$ a month.

- The support is great and they are there for you all the time. - There are some limitations in send out's of emails (both automatic and manually), the system isn't super smart. We've had judge.me for about 1 month now and overall we're happy with it.

I used this app for reviews it is a pretty decent app. It is worth a try, especially for beginner store owners.

I use this app to send emails for product reviews for my clients. It is a bright app, I would love though if it had a more advanced back-office, because sometimes I need to customize it a little more. However, everything I have asked for, the custom support has been spectacular. Thank you!

This app has been great. Easy to import and a great support team too. Have used Judge.me for multiple stores. Thank you! I would give it 5 stars if there was an option to choose your star rating rather than 3+,4+ or 5 stars. As in, it would be beneficial if you could choose a 1 star rating if you wanted to make it look more believable.

This app has been very useful and I love the automatic integration into my Shopify website. Also, customer service has been outstanding and quick to respond to my questions. The main reason why I made it 4 instead of 5 stars, is it is very complicated and not very user friendly. To do even simple task, I need to request help from support to figure out everything.

I have tried different app, only this app work well and easy to me. I will recommend this app to anyone.

Great app! Customer service is very helpful and easy to use once you understand where everything is. The only thing is the settings in the app's backend are kind of confusing for someone who is not so tech savvy but either than that, the widgets look great on our ecommerce store.

Tech support are helpful. They will call you when they need something to work on. They will take time to check everything.

Good, easy to use app. Had an issue with some of the photo reviews and the support was excellent - very quick to reply and resolve the issue

Judge.me is an excellent service for a fraction of the price of other comparable apps that pretty much do the same thing. I would highly recommend this app. One new feature I would like to see is improved email options or integration with other email providers. I do really like that customers can write their review in the email they receive which converts a lot more reviews.

Customer support has been very responsive and helpful. Happy we installed this app. Functionally, there are some things that would make it better and I hope you continue to develop the app. It would nice to be able to program app to send a different version of the review request for the 2nd and 3rd reminders instead of only being able to send the same email(s) to everyone. I have had some problems with text formatting in the request emails. Again, great customer service.
