Excellent Support - Problem Solved Quickly! Lorenzo was incredibly helpful in resolving a complex Product Group issue. I had reviews tied to deleted products causing 404 errors, and he patiently worked through the problem with me step-by-step. He quickly identified the root cause, offered multiple solutions, and implemented the fix in real-time while on chat. The custom solution (making product names visible but unclickable) was perfect for maintaining transparency while eliminating the broken links. Response time was immediate, communication was clear, and the problem was completely resolved in under 30 minutes. Really impressed with Judge.me's support quality! We have used both Yotpo and Trustpilot in the past, but we have never experienced this level of engagement before using Judge.me. Since implementing it, we’ve started receiving photo-based reviews from our customers—something we rarely saw previously. In fact, nearly every second or third customer is now engaging with us through reviews. The response from our customers has been overwhelmingly positive, and we are even receiving messages of appreciation and thanks from them.
