Judge.me Product Reviews App

The app works well and the support team resolved my few problems very quickly. But I would have appreciate more design options for the review widget and the request e-mails.

Great review app that easily integrates into shopify. Rich seo text snippits are a huge plus, and all my reviews are being read correctly by google. I can even see how many reviews my product has when I google it! But I'm not a huge fan of the need for people to approve the edits to a review. As a nutritional supplement company we can't have any unapproved medical claims on our site, so we clean up our reviews to remove these terms even if they did help the clients. But now we're having clients disapprove our changes, despite the need to change them to be compliant with the FTC. It's hard to explain this concept to customers who feel the products work. But other than the clients being able to deny our reviews, good job!

If you have a staff member to see it, please email [email protected] to contact me to delete the code. I'm devastated right now.

Not the most friendlist but it works great! And support team replied to me in 2 hours which is really helpful.

This app is of great use. Really Like it. Customer service also a treat and easy to work with as they immediately understand your issue.

Ok so I have to say that I had started HATING this tool. And the reason for that is the interface, which is NOT intuitive AT ALL. (still isn't) BUT, I pushed through, and they've got two things that they did better than anyone else : - AMAZING customer service and technical support, almost 24/7 - access to A LOT of features - For a fraction of the price competitors charge If you can hire a UX designer and fix that first horrible pain point, you will have a killer app. Structure and group the features better, have a better on boarding process. I am happy with the app, although I had a little trouble manually uploading reviews, but this led me to contact customer service which I was very impressed with. They were very attentive, always responded quickly, and helped us work through multiple little problems to get the reviews uploaded as soon as possible. What is left to be desired in the app, they make up for in great customer service.

the automatic import from stamped.io was not entirely smooth but the support was excellent and they retrieved my reviews an allocated them to the correct products in a matter of minutes.

Solid interface and the support got my store fixed in about 15 minutes.

After some first issues, looks good and works good. Support answer very quick and developer fixed super fast.

This app is easy to use and install, but I'm disappointed that you have to upgrade to the $15/month plan to customize emails. It's super important to be able to communicate with your customers in your own brand's "voice", but I just simply don't need all of the other fancy options in the paid version. Perhaps this app's developer could come up with a middle tier with a lower cost that would allow you to just customize the emails.

Excellent review app and the best value of any review app in the shopify app store. Numerous integrations, reminders, tons of features. Paying a fraction of the price of Yotpo and Stamped for nearly the same features. My only knock is that their shop level reviews need an overhaul. Currently they are treating shop reviews exactly like product reviews. Have had confusion from customers who will leave product reviews in the shop section by accident.

I like a lot the app for all the features it offers and the price which is quite competitive compare to the other apps we can find on the market. And I have tested a lot of them! I take out one star because of the complexity to set-it up as we really want it to be. But the support is amazing. They really took time to change the code for me in order to have it exactly the way I wanted. Thanks a lot to Hasan and Francisco for the great help. So if you ever want your store to have an Amazon-like feel to it, this is app is a Staple! Actually well this app should be a staple in general. If you are looking to have a review app in your store, this app is easily a Top Pick. Their features are endless. Their support is very helpful, responsive, & and phenomenal overall. Also, whatever review app you used before, and wanted to switch to Judge Me, their support actually removes the code from your theme for you (a common problem store owners run into when uninstalling some review apps). My only small issue is dealing with the Verified Purchase badge on reviews (if you had a different reviews app beforehand you better have access to the right info to give to Judge Me so you can get that badge on your reviews) I understand though they're just trying to maintain high quality and credibility so you can tell they really care about what they're doing and in a world where many shopify apps seem overwhelmed with options this app is an easy pick and also a very very good choice to invest in.

Great app, exactly what I needed. Love how it looks on my site and customer service is really good. I'm manually adding reviews for my products from aliexpress, I was disappointed to see the time stamp on the reviews, to get rid of this you need to upgrade. I think $15 a month is a bit steep for this simple adjustment, but other than that the app is great.
