I've been using this app for more than a year now and have been loving it. I hit a file upload issue today and Lorenzo from customer service solved the problem in my file in under 10 minutes. Communication was clear and efficient. Like even their chatbot is better lol, I told the bot I want to talk to human, and I got connected right away. This is such a great example of AI helping us do things (and not infuriating us every step of the way!)

Such a comprehensive review app with so many features. I'm blown away with this app and the excellent customer service. Super easy to use and really helps my online store. If you need any help with the app, the messaging function is a super quick way to get help immediately.

I have only just recently added the Judgeme app to our store and I was having an issue that I could not resolve. Daniel from Judgeme sorted out my issue for me and then proceeded to help install it across my product range. I was struggling, as I am quite new to editing inside Shopify and this was an absolute godsend, nothing was too much trouble.
