I had an issue with the initial app connection, but Brian from the support team helped me right away — everything was fixed within minutes. The UX is clean and intuitive, and I’m impressed by the range of marketing and automation features built in. Looking forward to using Judge.me to collect and showcase customer reviews more effectively. Highly recommended!

I absolutely love this app! It’s incredibly easy to use and very affordable, which makes it perfect for small businesses like mine. What really stands out, though, is the customer service every time I’ve had a question or needed help with something a bit tricky, their team has responded right away and guided me through it step by step. It’s rare to find an app that combines great functionality, fair pricing, and such responsive support. Highly recommend!
