Very good App and easy setup. I wish there were more settings options for the texts. For Germany, it would be necessary to distinguish between formal and informal forms of address in the message texts. But overall I really recommend this App.

Ron has been an extreme help to me in applying widget reviews for my Shopify store.

It could just be me, but I have the hardest time finding the actual reviews. I'm not in the app everyday so I have to try and remember where the simple text link is at the bottom of the reviews panel on the main app page is to go to the dashboard. Please make the review dashboard link more prominent so I dont have to search for it. I also don't get emails saying I received a review. I get promotional emails, but not ones for actual received reviews. I have no idea how to change or fix that. The rest of the app is good and I enjoy that trust factor that it gives. It is also visually appealing.

My experience with Judge.me has been amazing. The platform is very easy to use, reviews collect karna simple hai, aur customer trust build karne mein bohot help milti hai. Design clean aur professional hai, aur support team bhi quick response deti hai. Highly recommended for any online store looking to boost credibility and sales!

We had some initial teething issues, which the Support team were very responsive in helping us sort out , but the app is working well now. This is the first review app we've used, so we have nothing to compare it with, but it ticks most of the boxes. The one additional piece of functionality which would be useful is the ability to manually change the review request send date for individual review requests.

staff very helpful and efficient but it ended up their limitations on automating reviews properly with our store just doesnt work and requires many manual steps, it just ended up not being compatible in the end and worth it.
