Customer service is excellent! I had some issues with my theme and Google Search. The AI support was helpful up to a certain point, but when I needed further assistance, I requested to speak with a human. Brian helped me and was very professional, kind and patient. I really appreciated his help in getting everything sorted. The reviews app is also fantastic and works really well on our website. Overall a great app backed by excellent customer service. Highly recommend!

Exceptional real human service :) I use it for 5 shops now, we integrated all the reviews throughout all 5 shops and now we have proven or International sales. The app has more capabilities than I could imagen. I am sorry for not reveling those earlier.

الميزات والخدمات التي يقدمها هذا التطبيق فوق الرائعة وتستحق أكثر من 5 نجوم. أما بالنسبه للدعم الذي يقدمه مطوروا هذا التطبيق فهي خدمه من خدمات المارد السحري الذي نسمع به في قصص الخيال . واجهتني مشكله في عرض بعض العناصر باللغة العربية تواصلت معهم خلال أقل من خمس ثواني حرفيًا حلت المشكلة تماما وشكر خاص للمهندس /المهندسه Lorenzo

Van took the time to review our previous support case, understand the issue without making us repeat the entire process, confirm the fix that Mohamed had implemented, and run a fresh Google Rich Results Test to verify that everything was working correctly.
