I had the pleasure of working with Mohamed recently when I needed help fixing the review widgets on my website, and I have to say, he was absolutely amazing! Although it was just a one-time issue, Mohamed approached it with incredible professionalism, expertise, and a genuinely lovely attitude. From the moment I reached out, Mohamed was quick to respond and eager to assist. He immediately understood the problem and got to work, guiding me through the process in a way that was easy to understand. What could have been a stressful situation became a breeze thanks to his calm and patient approach. He made sure that everything was fixed perfectly. What really stood out to me was not just his technical skill—though he clearly knows his stuff—but his kind and friendly demeanor. He made me feel like my issue was important, and he genuinely cared about ensuring that everything was resolved to my satisfaction. His lovely attitude made the entire experience so much more pleasant. Even though it was a one-time fix, I could tell that Mohamed is the kind of person who consistently goes above and beyond for his clients. I’m incredibly grateful for his help, and I wouldn’t hesitate to reach out to him again in the future. Thank you, Mohamed, for being so wonderful to work with!

Ron was amazing! He was so, so, so helpful and kind. He knew exactly what I wanted to do and helped me immediately. He was quick to respond. One of the best helpers I've received from an online support centre, thanks so much Ron :)

We had Ron help us out to install this app on our website. Everything was updated efficiently, and he was very friendly and helpful. Made the app and reviews widget match our website exactly as well as helping to customise our email to the best of Judge Me's ability! Really impressed :) Look forward to using this app!
