Excellent support from Hamza. I run a handmade jewelry store on an older Shopify theme, which meant the review widget couldn't be installed automatically. Hamza handled it properly — he duplicated my theme first and worked on the copy rather than touching the live store, which I really appreciated. When I ran into a separate pricing issue on my site, he stayed patient, checked his own work carefully, and showed me exactly what he had changed so I could rule it out. It turned out to be an unrelated problem in my theme, and his clarity is what helped me find it. Clear communication, no guesswork, and genuine care for not breaking a live store. Thank you.

Makes collecting reviews seamless, the free plan helps new businesses like mine to collect reviews without breaking the bank

There are so many options in this app, it's great, but can be confusing. That's fine though because the support is great - the AI initial support is really fast and accurate and when I pushed that to its limits (!) the human that came on to help was fast and did my changes for me to help me out - and waited while I understood what to do so I could do it myself next time.
