Great app with an outstanding customer service.

I ran into an issue with uploading my csv file and their AI agent was able to identify the root cause of the issue and provided a correct solution with steps. Everything is working now. Would recommend!

I have installed JudgeMe to replace my previous review app. Initially I was having a lot of issues with the out of the box CSS settings. When I was just about to give up and go back to the original app, I decided to contact support. To my surprise, they were able to help me solve not just 1 big problem, but all 4 and on a Sunday morning. The wit time to connect and get help was under 3 minutes. Amazing!

Got immediate support from a REAL person on A SUNDAY, who even went into code and made the changes for me. Very pleased.
