Wow super fast customer service. After I downloaded the app, the reviews looked all weird on my site. After contacting customer support they fixed it on the spot and within minutes.

The app itself is not terribly difficult to use, but also not intuitive if you are new to this type of thing. However, I just had a fantastic experience with customer service. I imported a bunch of legacy data into shopify and had to figure out how to not have those old orders receive requests for review. The customer service team was extremely helpful and it was not an intuitive fix, so i greatly needed and appreciated their assistance. I was very worried that customers would receive review requests on purchases they'd made four years ago! But thanks to the customer service desk, crisis was averted. I would give customer servcie 5 stars - just 4 for the user-friendliness of the app itself.
